JULIE STEELE finds beauty in exploring complex systems.  She is an editor at O'Reilly Media and co-authored Beautiful Visualization and Designing Data Visualizations.  

KIM REES is the co founder of Periscopic and an advisor to the US Congressional Budget Office.

ROB FALUDI is a professor in the MFA program at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan and in the Interactive Telecommunications program at NYU. He specializes in behavioral interactions through physical computing and networked objects.

VETON SALIU is a biomedical engineer and works at the Brown Institute for Brain Science developing a video game based rehabilitation platform for young cerebral palsy patients.

HARRY JOHNSON is an electrical engineer that designs, evaluates and produces professional-grade electronics kits.

BRIAN JEPSON is the co organizer of Mini Maker Faire DC and Mini Maker Faire RI.  When he is not editing for Maker Media he is tinkering.

AMERY KESSLER  is a Brooklyn, NY based artist. His education and practice substantially incorporates a study of performance art, music, video, and contemporary dance production.

JAY CRITCHLEY is a longtime Provincetown, Cape Cod, MA and his visual, conceptual and performance work and environmental activism have traversed the globe.  

LAUREN KALMAN is a visual artist whose practice is invested in contemporary craft, video, photography and performance. Through her work she investigates beauty, adornment, body image, value, and consumer culture.
